The FACTS Total Thermoformer Control (TTC) System is designed specifically for integrated and centralized control of the entire thermoforming process or operation. The TTC can be configured for new thermoforming machinery or to replace and upgrade existing thermoformer control systems. The system is suitable for roll feed or cut sheet thermoforming applications.

Combining the Ametek Land LST linescanning process thermal imaging sensor with theHetronik heater zone array block from Weco, FACTS now can provide the last wild element in thermoforming - true temperature profile control.
Measuring the two-dimensional temperature profile of the entire product sheet once it leaves the oven, the FACTS TTC uses that profile as a feedback to control heater zones in the oven and keep them at their setpoint levels. This true temperature profile control is exclusively provided by FACTS to our clients as part of our TTC package.
