with 1990s technology controls. FACTS Inc. has employed our specific experience in replacing control systems such as those for Davis Standard Systems, Welex, Egan, Eurotherm, HPM and Battenfeld Extol.

Our Approach
FACTS Inc. can often reuse existing enclosures, and place our control system on panels for IN- enclosure placement.
Operators get used to working in a certain way. FACTS Inc. understands
this and works with our clients to make sure that the screens seen on
the HMI mimic how operators currently work, or we can make suggestions
on how to work better.
FACTS Inc. is not tied to any specific PLC
manufacturer. We can utilize our own cost effective IO, or make use of
Allen Bradley PLCs, Omron, GE, Automation Direct, Siemens, or others.
This allows our customers the flexibility to standardize on their
favorites, or make use of a common set of spare parts.
