The FACTS TIM 3001 is designed to work with all FACTS control systems.   It is Windows® based, which facilitates open access to data and simplifies exporting to your plant network.  The TIM 3001 gives you the ability to study both your process and product.  By analyzing the collected data, you can determine cause and effect relationships,  allowing further oprtimization of your line.  Alarm and transaction logging aid equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting.

TIM 3001 - Host Link software
The Host Link software captures data from one or many FACTS systems on the plant floor via ethernet connection.  The Host Link software includes concurrent automated data capture and real time display of key statistical quality parameters.  Link stores data in a flat file format, csv format with time stamps.  This data can include ALL recorded continuous data and events- importable into any number crunching application.  Data is stored at intervals of 0.5 seconds to 15 minutes.  Data easily integrates into your plant ERP/MRP system.

TIM 3001 - Analysis
The FACTS Analysis component is a comprehensive SQC/SPC and process analysis tool.  With color trend plotting of historical data and event log display, the user has excellent data mining tools with which to create trend, xbar, range and histogram charting.

Remote line support allow FACTS access to customer control systems via the host connection.  Via this connection, FACTS can: help troubleshoot problems on your line, upload and download configurations directly to the control system, and update or supply new software revisions directly to the control system.

TIM 3001 - Config Editor
Remote configuration allows you to save system configurations on the host hard drive and transfer the control system configurations upon boot-up via the host connection.  Product code and recipes can be edited, added, and deleted from the control system. Graphics can be changed, and for backup purposes, the customer has the ability to save the latest configuration to the host system's hard drive with the touch of one button.

Database Reporting via Microsoft SQL Server
By providing Miscrosoft SQL Server 2000 Database software, Crystal Reports 10 software and all associated licensing, FACTS allows for critical to quality variables to be stored upon time or event based triggers for quality and production reporting.  Sample reports are provided with any newly supplied system at time of system startup.

Job Scheduler
The Job Scheduler allows the operator to schedule multiple jobs at a time.  There are two modes of operation.  In Standalone mode, the jobs are entered at the control system HMI.  in client server mode, the control system downloads a list of jobs from a database, (Access or SQL) located on the Host.  Manual or automatic job startup is available.
