FACTS has complete electrical design and build capabilities for heater and drive panels, as well as, any other machine power and control applications. Industrial grade components and harware are used- along with the full range of PLC and drive manufacturer lines. FACTS supplies these systems for both new and retrofit lines.
For new lines customers often buy the extruder or other equipment without any drives or power controls. FACTS then designs and supplies a completely integrated solution including all controls, drives, and power control equipment. This single source responsibility from a company that specializes in process control who knows and understands the process and equipment makes initial purchase and on-going support cost effective. FACTS works with all the equipment suppliers to co-ordinate the design and to provide an integrated drawing set to facilitate maintenance.
For retrofits FACTS can design a custom solution to replace any or all of the existing electrical controls, drives, and power control. New equipment can be integrated into the replacement panels at the same time where appropriate.
