The FACTS Control Strategy
 20 Years of Experience is built in to every FACTS control system shipped. Our PC-based control software leverages two decades of industry specific algorithm integration. Feed Forward Control, Melt Pump Control, Cold Start Protection, Drive and Temperature Control and more are all built into every software package.
The FACTS control solution is a single system consisting of a PC running FACTS configurable software. As opposed to writing both an HMI, and PLC code to handle all of the control loops, FACTS software handles it all. The control loops are standard in the FACTS system. Our engineers edit only the desired Input/Output List, photos, text and button placement on the HMI. Extra code in both the system and at the PLC level can be added for faster response or complicated logic. The configuration tool is available to your team upon delivery.
The FACTS system offers variable control strategies (i.e. master/slave relationships) - which can be changed on the fly with our product codes- no need to rewrite PLC code every time you want to trial a new way of doing things.
