TMC6001FS  ImageDownload Datasheet

mixing7.jpgThe Total Mixer Control TMC6001FS System batch mixer process control controls all feed systems for liquid, dry and bulk ingredients, manual additions, the overall mixing cycle, and all downstream equipment. Each step of the mixing cycle can be controlled to time, temperature, energy integral, and logic sequence specifications via product recipe support.

Mixing Control via a FACTS system provides consistency in product recipe, as well as repeatability in mixer settings and control.  All measured control points are recorded and available through the FACTS Host System, Total Information Management, or TIM.

Weigh Belt System    ImageDownload Datasheet
WeighScale150px.jpgMany mixing applications require minor ingredients such as oils, fillers, and polymers to be weighed and queued on a belt system.  The FACTS Weigh Belt System prompts operators to add proper material amounts, alarms based on under and overages, allows for multiple feed steps and multiple batches, and passes that information to the TMC and TIM systems mentioned above.
