Automotive Industry
FACTS technology can be found at all levels of the automotive supply chain. Our systems are used to produce carpeting, tires, wiper blades, hoses and other components used by most of the major automotive OEM’s. We also offer upgrades for injection molding machines that are used to make instrument panels, bumper fascia, interior trim components and other thermoplastic components.
Medical Industry
Medical device manufacturers are using FACTS technology to control and monitor complicated manufacturing processes that are used to produce medical tubing, IV solution bags and surgical instruments. FACTS process control solutions meet the requirements of FDA 21CFR part 11.
Building Materials
FACTS process control solutions are used by many of the industry leaders that are producing products that range from asphalt shingles, vinyl siding and window and door frames. Our Total Line Control (TLC) solutions provide an integrated architecture that controls the entire manufacturing process starting with gravimetric feeder control, through extrusion and forming, gauging and then through sawing/cutting and then haul off or dumping. By integrating the Total Line Control (TLC) solution with our Total Information Manager (TIM 3001) data collection and information management tool, you can collect any and all key processing variables as well as line event information.
Food Packaging
Food packaging is a key market for FACTS. By understanding the complete process, our Total Line Control (TLC) solutions have been successfully applied to one of the most challenging applications: in-line thermoforming. Gravimetric feeder control, extruder, melt pump, die and roll stand control, gauging, thermoformer, dancer, and trim press…all being coordinated and controlled by a FACTS Total Line Control (TLC) solution. We also have been successful in co-extrusion blown film lines, blow molding, and converting applications.
Industrial Products
Our industrial products Customers manufacture a broad spectrum of products from fluoroelastomer seals that are used by NASA to wire and cable products used in the power transmission and telecommunications industries. FACTS has been very successful in the wire and cable industry where our Total Line Control (TLC)solution have been used to integrate the payoff, accumulator, capstans, extruders, tooling, OD gauge, steam tube, sparker and take ups. All elements being controlled and monitored by one integrated solution.
