Our extensive in house testing units allow us to simulate your control systems in house.

Modem and Internet support (customers with host systems) allow us to view your host and control systems over TCP/IP as if we were at your plant.

All systems and components worldwide are supported through our test laboratory in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, to maintain consistency accuracy and testing requirements.
Warranty
One year parts and labor.
The only expenses charged are those of travel, living, and Incidentals when on site warranty work is required.
Charges
Technical support is readily available for customers free of charge during regular business hours. After hour and holiday technical support may be invoiced based upon a one hour minimum.
Access to this service is very easy. Simply call our office at 330.928.2332 and ask to speak to a Field Engineer. For after hours calls, an answering service will confirm that you accept responsibility for the applicable charges and will page the on-call Field Engineer. One of our highly trained Field Engineers will return your call promptly and assist you in your service needs.
After hours on-call field engineers are backed up by FACTS management- Guaranteeing a call back.
Training Programs Pre scheduled, on-site services for recurrency training and preventive maintenance are available at discounted rates.
