Our approach for providing Total Control solutions begins with our in-depth understanding of the process. Over twenty years of experience is already “built-in” to our solutions. This means that we’re not learning how to engineer features like master/slave line speed relationships, melt pump control, cold start protection, and coordinated line start up and shut down sequences.
Because a lot of what we do is replacing obsolete controls as field upgrades, we have had to be very flexible in terms of hardware configuration. Our Total Control solutions start with a real-time operating system (RTOS) that controls both the human machine interface (HMI) as well as the line control logic. In most cases, we let our Customers decide which PLC and IO platform they prefer. We have successfully integrated solutions that have used use Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other major brands of hardware. We are also a registered Wonderware systems integrator.
