History
The ATS Division (Advanced Technology Systems) of Steelastic in Akron, Ohio was established to develop and sell advanced extrusion control systems. The initial system was installed in 1985. The ATS Division was successful and expanded during the rest of the 1980’s.
In late 1991, Tim Fisher the V.P. of ATS, Division and Al Curry incorporated FACTS, Inc. as an independent company and licensed the ATS technology. Since that time, FACTS, Inc. has grown and expanded its range of systems and capabilities.
16+ years of FACTS and 6 years of ATS systems are all fully supported with upgrade paths today.
